As a thumb rule, we pay out on the first three business days of the new month, under the conditions that the rent is paid (in full), and there are no other outstanding balances.
In every case, you can always download an excel file containing a real time overview of the amounts paid by your tenant(s), any given day, any given time through the landlord portal.
In most cases you will receive the rent (almost) immediately on the IBAN bank account you provided.
At the moment of writing, we are pro actively informing clients once rent has been paid too late, so downloading the overview is not necessary.
